Foundation Brothers are a very polite and efficient group of guys. I was having constant floods in my basement which prevented me from doing the renovations I wanted and needed. They were quick to respond and came promptly to fix the issue, they evaluated both the inside and the outside of my home to find the best solution.
They found that doing the interior walls was the best option for me, it was done quickly and looked great. I have not had a leak since, even with all the rain we have had, so I’m super happy that we could start renovating!!

Being a single mom it was hard for me financially, so they even offered me a payment plan that worked for me, and never harassed me for payments, which I appreciated immensely, so there was no stress.
I highly recommend these guys !!

We had foundation brothers in to waterproof the one side of our foundation. They were great to deal with from start to finish. Mike had our estimate to us quickly. John and crew crew were great and showed up on time. They worked hard and cleaned everything up after. Everyone was down to earth and easy to get along with. The guarantee was sent to us the next morning. It's nice to know that it is transferable and that they stand behind their product.
We would recommend them for any of your waterproofing needs.
Thanks guys, we won't be mopping up after rains anymore.

Very happy with the work Mike and his team did to fill in a below grade window (previous owners blocked it in with plywood!) and re-install a proper window well after previous owners took it out. We called many places locally that wouldn't deal with our issue or that didn't sound like they knew what they were doing, so it meant a lot when the Foundation Brothers team came back with a thorough quote that used industry language and answered all of our questions. They even made the long drive and communicated proactively. The work day was efficient and the site was well managed and left clean. Mike let us know important information they uncovered when they dug to the footing, and Jim was quick to follow up with a warranty after the work was complete. I would recommend Foundation Brothers to anyone who needs foundation work.

We were fortunate to work with Mike, Matt, and the team at Foundation Brothers on a massive project we took on last year. Honestly, it was one of the most stressful experiences our family has gone through, but thankfully we made the right choice with the team at Foundation Brothers and we were in good hands.

Jim came out right away, understood exactly what the issue was and from there, the communication and execution was excellent. The project came with a lot of unexpected twists and turns, but Mike and the crew were always clear, responsive, and came through with solid solutions.

While there were definitely challenges along the way, our experience with Foundation Brothers was fantastic overall. I wouldn’t use anyone else for this kind of work. Mike is extremely knowledgeable and clearly committed to doing things right...you can tell he truly cares which is rare to find these days. Anytime something came up, Mike or Matt were quick to show up, walk us through the options, and keep things moving.

They also went above and beyond, helping coordinate with other trades, and even made an incredible referral for a siding contractor after we had a disaster with our first one.

It’s the kind of experience you hope you never have to go through again...but if you do, you want a team like this. If you’re looking for people who know what they’re doing and are going to give it everything, look no further.

I have reviewed Foundation Brothers on another account, but I wanted to add an additional review to express my gratitude to them. I am a new homeowner and (unfortunately) have needed multiple services from Foundation Brothers, including interior and exterior waterproofing and a sump pump replacement, and we're adding a battery backup to that list as well.

Both Mike and Jim have been responsive to my texts and endless questions as a clueless homeowner and I appreciate them taking the time to answer my questions and provide guidance. When we had some water on our carpet and drywall due to the change out of our check valve for the sump pump, Mike was professional and courteous as we talked through the issue.

Thank you for what you've done so far for us and what you continue to do when I have questions about my basement water management!

Job: Sump Pump and French Drain system in the basement (must read entire review). I called up several contractors for the job, and decided to go with Foundations Brothers. Mike came to look at the basement on Friday and gave me a competitive quote the same day. Mike promised to get the job done on Monday (3 days later) and he stayed true to his word. Other companies wanted me to wait up to 2 months. Mike also offered to remove the drywall free of charge where other companies wanted to charge me an extra $1000 for that. On Monday, a crew of 4 guys came including Matt. Matt was the guy in charge, and he is the nicest guy to work with. They got the entire basement finished in one day as they promised. Everything looked great and very professional except that we had one hiccup the next morning, the sewage was completely blocked! I called up a plumber and the plumber was able to pin-point exactly where the blockage was located. The blockage was due to a collapsed pipe right underneath a trenched area. It looked like the crew hit one of the metal sewage pipes sitting right underneath the trench and now the sewage was completely blocked. I called up Mike and Mike immediately took responsibility including covering the cost of the plumber (~$500). The plumber wanted to charge me $3000 to dig up the area and fix the collapsed pipe, but Mike refused and said that they will fix the issue themselves. Mike said he would send out someone the next morning to fix the issue, and he stayed true to his word. Matt came in the next morning and dug out 6 feet long area where the broken pipe was located by the plumber. Matt replaced the broken pipe, re-cemented the trench, and made sure everything was working correctly throughout the process. Matt was kind and nice and apologized for the mistake as the pipe was difficult to see since it was sitting an inch below the trench. Foundation brother stayed true to their quality of work and warranty. Mike was quick to make things right, and ensured that they delivered a solution and a fix as quickly as possible. Yes, it was frustrating to have a broken sewage pipe (mistakes happen), but I'm glad Foundation Brothers took responsibility, made things right quickly (next day), and stayed true to their warranty and word. I will definitely call them again in the future, as I know they will stand for the quality of their work and uphold their warranty. Thank you Mike and thank Matt for the great work. - Ed

Matt and his team from Foundation Brothers did a great job correcting the structural issues we had with the support beams in our older home. They were supportive and communicated with us consistently to reassure us as to the stability of the home during this process. It was not an easy job, most of which needed to be done in a crawlspace, but they got the job done in a timely manner as promised. I would certainly reach out to them again if foundation or structural work is needed.
