Excellent Service. Prompt response. We are happy with how quickly and efficiently we were supported in applying for our apartment especially during these difficult times. A special thank you to our building manager! Clean, Bright and spacious! Perfect for our little family!

!!WARNING!! i just wanted to give everyone in lethbridge and area that GARDEN PROPERTYS has infestation of bed bugs, cockroaches, and ants. that management and the owner neglict to deal with. they try to get tenants to pay 250 dollar fines that are not issued but a court or some form of athority. They also treat you as a prisoner and they most of al neglict the older and disabled persons. the propertys you should avoid that are owned by the same person are FLAMBORUGH GARDENS, PALM ROAD, ALL TOWN HOUSES, AND THE SUPER 8 HOTEL ON MAYOR MAGRATH. i really hope that everyone gets to read this and not have to go through what me and my wife went through the constant harassment and illegal entry to our home with no notice they will always be harrassing and bullying. THEY ARE A SCAM. there has been little to no improvements to the buildings even though most units have water damage, black mold (which is toxic in the smallest amounts), like said above bed bugs/ants/cocroaches ( for more then ten years staright), with no changes, they also took a contract with imagrations and plan to be kicking everyone that is a tenant now out, because the people they will be moving ion wont care about the bugs. PLEASE SHARE THIS SO EVERYONE CAN SEE. i dont want more people to get screwed like they tried to do us.

Management is horrible and mail security is non existent. Standard of living needs improvement. But there is a kids park.

Shameful to see that this place has gone so far downhill. My grandma Bea used to manage these apartments before she passed away in 2010 🙁
