Stay away from this business buyers beware! This company is extremely bad at what they do. They only care about money they did a job for us it was some of the poorest craftsmanship we have ever seen. Then, after doing some research, we found out the owner Carlos doesn't always pay his guys. It's insane, I guess he owned another company called Canadian Shingle Experts. But closed due to a bad reputation. This business should be called No Class Roofing & Renovation

We had contractor coming for an estimate for hardie board. I confirmed to have a quote asap as we needed to move with our renovation as soon as possible. I was reassured that I would receive quote within 7-10 days. Well, after 2 weeks I emailed contractor, who left his business card, requesting an update, because I didn’t receive any information. He said he will check it out and…nothing happened. No quite, no follow up. I believe it is not the standard of service for 4.9 rated company. Very disappointing.

"First Class" ....says it all really. From quoting, price through onto installation and completion. Carlos and his talented crew were so professional, attentive and considerate of us and our neighbours from parking to debris clean up. The end result and look of this product installed on our roof FAR exceeds our expectations. Bye bye wood shakes at 25 years, hello new roof, hail resistant and rated for 50 years PLUS the insurance breaks that go along with it !! Lastly, this product is from an Alberta based CO - need we say more 🙂

First Class Roofing is just that, first class! Sherra, Carlos and their team went above and beyond to deliver a quality product in record time! The Fort Museum is a unique structure to work on and the team at First Class were professional, courteous and worked very fast! If you need a new roof, these guys are the best!
