None of the builders large or small stood out like they did. Their quality, craftsmanship and attention to detail is unsurpassed to this date. I've had many many buyers mention about the exceptional quality, service and seamless experience with the Finoro Home Team 23 years after they bought! I've personally witnessed the OWNERS Peter & Danny working on the homes themselves...now that's pure evidence of pride of ownership. One of the most helpful and genuine teams I have ever worked with! I brought my clients in September 2019 while they were considering other houses in the area. Vikki, Bonnie, and the site supervisor Steve are among the friendliest people I have met. They worked with my clients right from the beginning and even gave them tips about city permits etc, long AFTER my clients had moved into their new home. This builder gives you great square footage and layout for the price, too! And their service team in their central office is also very pleasant and professional whenever I or my clients call in!

I would like to thank Finoro Homes for making my move to my new home a very pleasant one. The first people I dealt with were Vikki and Bonnie at the Woodstock sales office. They were great and extremely helpful. Making decision on interior decor is not easy and Vikki had very good insight into what they offered and what looked good with what. She very quickly understood my style and led me in the right direction. Very pleased with the final look. I only had one small hitch with my move, there was a going to be a delay in the delivery of my appliances. Danny Finoro took it to task to ensure that I got my appliances when I moved in so that I was not without. Would I recommend this builder to my friends.....the answer is yes.

If any problem arose they were very quick to come and fix the issue.The process was so enjoyable that when health issues made it difficult to climb stairs in our two story townhouse, we sold it and bought a new one floor bungalow semi detached house from Finoro Homes! I purchased a home recently with Finoro Custom Homes in the Elmira area, for my growing family. As a licensed mortgage broker, I am someone who pays very close attention to detail and I have been thoroughly impressed with not only the process of meeting with Vikki to select our colors and products but watching the build come together. The superintendent, Pete, has also been very accommodating in allowing me to enter the home prior to possession for my separate contractors to take measurements on various areas inside the home. Most importantly, Pete took us through the entire house for our PDI to inspect every area of the home and to make sure that it was up to our standards. Everything that needed to be corrected or fixed (which was a short list), was completed. The Experience after closing has also been enjoyable. The customer service rep, Nicole has been very helpful in delegating any small requests that I had. I have now been in my new home for almost 4 weeks and my wife and I couldn't be happier!
