I have just recently had the cedar siding on my Nanaimo home, completely replaced with Hardie Siding. The team at Ferguson Exteriors, led by Chris Mitchell, were highly professional, very straightforward and transparent. Chris consulted with me about the job, and gave me a very accurate quote within a short period of time. His experience in this field made for a realistic goal in terms of costs, timelines and completion dates. There were outside the scope issues to deal with, and he coordinated other trades and experts to allow for a seamless completion of the fixes and the siding job, together. He communicated regularly and was easy to talk to.
His team of employees were great guys who worked respectfully at the job site and after the job was done, the site was cleaned and my home looked more than amazing!! I could not have been more pleased with a project that seemed daunting at the start.
I wouldn’t have anyone else do a renovation like this for me. Hands down…the best!!

We recently moved to a new home and decided to reside our new place with Hardie Plank. This is our second time using Ferguson Exteriors. In both cases the quality of workmanship and care used has been top notch. From removal of old cedar siding, installation of Powerwool exterior insulation, installing the Hardie Plank, the job went smooth and seamless. If there needed to be adjustments, Chris and crew were there to provide the information along with good recommendations. I would highly recommend this professional crew.
