Pat built our home in 2010. We couldn’t be more pleased with our house. We have had many compliments from family and friends. When we decided to expand our rear deck, the town engineering inspector asked me who my builder was. When I told him that it was Pat, he said “you couldn’t get any better”. I think that says it all!!

My wife and sister-in-law inherited an old wood frame beachfront cottage with a crumbling foundation. We decided to tear down and rebuild. The only problems we had were dealing with the Conservation Authority to approve the building plans (submitted Nov 2022, approved Oct 2023). As soon as this was done, Pat moved quickly to start the project and get the foundation poured and framing and roof done to contain the building before the winter, allowing interior work to continue in the winter and we got occupancy by July. We live in the Golden Horshoe but met with Pat frequently to go over plans and design choices. He was very good at going over all the steps required. And very patient in dealing with us, especially with 2 families trying to make choices that worked for both of us. During construction, we frequently ran into Terry at the worksite, who also was good at filling us in on what was happening as well. I have worked with builders to add a floor to our first home, to build a second home and an office. I found Pat very professional and easy to reach before during and after construction and ready to deal with any problems. We were very happy with the quality of the final result.
Highly recommended for any building project in the Wasaga Beach area.

We contacted Pat Bartoletti regarding demolishing an old cottage in Wasaga Beach and building us a new retirement house on the lot. He explained what was required in the construction and demolition as well as the timing involved. We were involved in all aspects of the project. He offered suggestions which resulted in a better looking house. The house looks great and we have been through several long and cold winters without any problems. Pat became a good friend as a result of his outstanding work. I would highly recommend his company to anyone without hesitating. He is a gentleman and his late father who started this company would be proud of how he has taken over the business.

Pat built us our first home and did an amazing job. We are very happy with the house as well as his service while we were in the process of buying. He was very detail oriented and we love all the small added touches to the house. He was always prompt with his responses and was genuinely happy to help us. We were very lucky to find him here in wasga beach .

Will update this review if the contractor decides to communicate again. Was overcharged by about $960.00 due to the contractor's math mistake. Was asked in what way is best to reimburse and once advised never received the money back. Will have to sue these folks, unfortunately.
