Beware… they don’t like to fix their mistakes properly, they will just put a bandaid on the problem until your warranty is up and then say they can’t do anything, even though you have asked for them to fix something properly for years so it doesn’t become a bigger issue. They don’t care. It’s like pulling teeth to even get them to return an email or phone call. I would not recommend this company.

New ownership of falcon homes has run it into the ground. No more quality work and endless problems for buyers. Doesn’t sound like they even check that their tradesmen are certified (from a previous employee). Wouldn’t recommend building with them.

Our house literally sank apx 6 - 10 inches in one corner. The foundation slab cracked clean in half and had an inch gap between the two pieces. There where wide open gaps to outdoors between the upper floor and the basement wall.

AND we where the 3rd or 4th house that Falcon homes had this happen to within 2 years...

EVENTUALLY Falcon homes was forced to pay for "Concrete Slab Pump Leveling" where they further had to inconvenience us by drilling multiple holes through the foundation slab and pumping high pressure concrete to lift and re-level the foundation.

No compensation or thought was given to us who had just purchased and attempted to move into our "dream home""... and Falcon homes fought back about doing anything about it to begin with... till it got so bad and our lawyer found out we where not the first.
