I’m surprised to see only one review with no details. Our mom has been at Extendicare in Port Stanley for over two years now and has received excellent care. The staff genuinely care about the residents and it shows. Always so helpful and supportive especially lately under the circumstances, it must be very difficult.
Thank you to all the staff at Extendicare in Port Stanley for all that you do to make life better for the residents in your care.

This is the last place I’d put my family, co workers screaming at each other In hallways, staff gossiping about each other while smoking and in the parking lot. I went to visit family and never again can I come here. It’s depressing. Residents half falling out of chairs in Hallways. A nurse threating a resident with a needle. A staff Candace literally told me she doesn’t care when I brought up a concern with a family member. DO and BE Betrer!!!
