As first time home buyers in 2018, the amount to consider when home buying was pretty overwhelming. Luckily we had Hoss to guide us through it all from A to Z. He was incredibly professional, and diligent around catering listings to our needs and answering to our many questions. He helped walk us through the detailed steps of purchasing a home, things to consider, people to get in touch with, what to look for in those individuals, and a helpful eye around things to consider when evaluating a potential listing. When we were ready to make our first offers, he was adamant about not getting bullied into bidding wars and to stick to our guns. While 2018 isn’t the market 2021 is, I feel confident recommending Hoss as I never felt pressure at any offers and felt he always had our best interests at heart.
