I'm not sure why 98 units are paying $2000 each for a broken elevator! It continuously breaks in a brand new building. Of course nobody to contact except the Super who's just a tenant herself. Do better!

The apartment is nice and new, and the staff is great, but there is definitely no plausible explanation for raising the rent by 24%. Escalade takes not having control over the price seriously and makes it absurd. No respect for the residents and, worse, for a building that lacks amenities like a gym or a conference room for example. Before I moved out due to this abusive increase, 10 other families had already moved out.
Just ridiculous!

I’ve been living at 25 Centre Street since it was available. While some may prioritize flashy amenities, this building focuses on what truly matters: exceptional property management and high-quality living spaces.

First and foremost, the property management team deserves immense praise. They are responsive, professional, and genuinely care about the well-being of their residents. Any maintenance requests are addressed promptly, and they always go above and beyond to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
The apartments themselves have stainless steel appliances and granite countertops which are not only aesthetically pleasing but also reflect a commitment to quality by the builder. The modern kitchen is a joy to cook in, and the sleek design adds a touch of sophistication to the space.

Beyond the surface-level features, the layout of the apartments is thoughtfully designed to maximize space and functionality. From ample storage options to well-placed windows that let in plenty of natural light, every aspect of the apartment feels carefully considered.

Location-wise, 25 Centre St is situated in a convenient neighborhood, with dining, shopping, and groceries just steps away.

In conclusion, a well-managed apartment building with tastefully appointed living spaces. It may not have a pool or a fancy gym, but the exceptional property management and high-quality features more than make up for it.

The apartment is very good, new and nice. But there is NO RENT CONTROL. The first rent increase was already 8%, and this year they increased the rent in 24%!!!! Abusive rent increase without an explanation, there are no amenities, and no improvements being made...

Raised rent 24% this year. Not a pleasant place to live. I don’t feel valued as a tenant. Lots of crime like someone else mentioned.
