This has been my second experience working with Erin Hayes. Erin took time of her own, going above and beyond, to be sure our staging was immaculate. An absolutely wonderful agent! Erin was responsive (even at late hours) and available to answer all our questions and concerns that arose during the process of listing our home. She was extremely knowledgeable, and did her research thoroughly, communicating with us regularly. She gave us excellent advice and assistance with staging our home, but in a way that was simple, easy and most importantly fun (her style and ideas had us thinking “why didn’t we do that sooner! That looks amazing!”). Selling a home can be quite stressful, as there are so many emotions that come into play, but Erin recognized that while we decided to move to find more space, our current property was our HOME, and she treated it as such, she knew the emotional attachment and the memories associated with living there and was professional but always understanding and empathetic with the idea of moving on and moving forward. Our home sold quicker than we ever imagined and for above asking. She was professional and explained everything during the negotiation process, which reduced our stress and worry. I cannot express how important it was to us to find someone like Erin to help us through this process! I rave and recommend her to all my family and friends.

My husband and I were lucky to count with Erin’s help to find our first home. We were both newcomers and had very little knowledge about Canadian houses. For us it was fundamental to have someone honest and straightforward to point out pros and cons of each house, and Erin did this very well.
