I got my lawnmower blade sharpened here this week. I paid a bit extra to have the 2 day service and I got a call the next morning that it was done. Morgan was super helpful and friendly.

I have bought and serviced my equipment for years here but will never return again. Poorly organized etc, 2 months for a simple service job. Every time I called to see why it was taking so long I was told a different part was on backorder. Understand this was a simple chainsaw service. I started going on line to check availability of parts I was told they were waiting for, and without exception was quoted 2-4 days delivery. When I mentioned this I was told the stores can't order from the market they have to order from a centralized warehouse. People at the store level were trying to help, but had no ability to expedite and there was no access to a service manager. Terrible experience. I will not be returning.

I needed some help with my equipment and they treated me as if I were completely disposable, it became clear far too quickly that they had next to no patience to help me out unless I bought something, and this was pointed out more than once. I bought an expensive mower from them in the past but won't be returning if that is their attitude towards service.

Showed up 5 minutes before they closed to grab a small part on hold. The shutters were going down just as I pulled up, jumped out of my vehicle to hopefully stop them and they didn’t care. Called them 4 times and nobody answered the phones. NOT cool, you saw me there and refused to acknowledge. Customer service FAIL! We will get the part elsewhere, will NOT give you our business Airdrie, we will drive into the city from now on!

I went to Jason last year when I had moved to an acreage and needed to get set up with a good garden tractor as well as some other smaller pieces of equipment such as chainsaw, weed whacker, leaf blower etc. I have to say after talking with a few other companies before I went in to NB equipment, as soon as I started talking with Jason and BJ I was blow away by their obvious knowledge of products, but their attitudes and service skills were absolutely leaps and bounds ahead of everyone else! They set me up with an extremely fair deal, and were super easy to work with.

What has really sold me on Jason was his honesty and integrity in an issue I had where there was an issue with the tractor when it arrived (totally not their fault) where the manufacturer mis-advertised some of the features and it was not discovered until after I had the tractor home and had used it. I made one call to Jason asking him to look into it and he went right to bat for me with the manufacturer and got me a replacement with the upgraded model at no extra cost and took back the machine I had used. He made it so simple and was more concerned with making my purchase right than he was with simply making a buck on me, and that says a lot about a person and company!

If you ever need anything related to landscaping and equipment, these guys should be your first and only call if you are wanting to be treated like you matter, as it should be!

I had my older lawnmower repaired by these folks, and they went over and beyond expectations.! They finished the job within the quoted price, and even took care of some things that were not in the quote. I then bought a new Husqvarna Chain Saw from them, and again was totally pleased and impressed with the Sales and Service of this machine. Kudos to Eric! Highly recommend this placed of business!!

I went to the Equipment Express store in Airdrie and had such a good experience there in purchasing a new lawn mower that I feel I should encourage anyone who is considering buying a new mower or chainsaw to go buy it with them. My first instinct was to just go to a big box store, but I decided to give these guys a chance since they carry Husqvarna mowers. The sales service was incredibly good and attentive. The mower was priced below the big box store equivalent plus it was all set up, tuned and I was even given a fill up with gas. Just outstanding. Highly recommended.

Polite and courteous. Helpful and always get service promptly. Have taken small engine machines to get serviced and our lawnmower blades. Always good work and prices are ok. They also sell lawn and yard care equipment.
