We highly recommend EPI Renovations. We had EPI Renovations renovate our upper floor and staircase. Justin is fantastic to work with and very collaborative. He stays in close communication during the entire process and ensures everything is on track and done well. The entire team are all professionals at what they do, and friendly, which made for a great experience.
We’re so pleased with the final rasults from the bathroom to cabinetry, painting, flooring and painting, glass work etc .

We are very pleased with our new basement and first floor renovation. Eric (owner) is knowledgeable and honest. He and his crew made our vision a reality. We appreciated his advice and ultimately the project was completed in the most cost effective way. Eric found a way for us to stay in our home WHILE he renovated by completing one level at a time so that we had an area to stay. The final product was beautiful and he stayed on budget. We highly recommend EPI Renovations!

Through a referral by friends of ours, we engaged with EPI Renovations (formerly Eric's Premium Interiors) about 2 years ago. We wanted our first floor remodelled, including out kitchen, to make it more open concept. We also had 2 bathrooms to renovate. We couldn't have been more happy with the results. Eric and his team were professional throughout the process. Eric himself guided us through the process, he made everything clear and took care of the permits, scheduling, ordering and subcontractors. If a problem came up, he was on it right away. He met with us regularly throughout the process which gave us comfort and confidence that he also cared about the results. The same could be said for his team. The site was cleaned each day, and they were there when they said they were. From quality of the workmanship, the designs and plans, how they addressed rerouting ducts and plumbing, as well as the custom cabinetry, all resulted in the home of our dreams.

From planning, permits and installation of our new kitchen, I was very impressed. The timing of the various trades involved was seamless and well organized. Eric and his team upheld good communication throughout the reno which is paramount for any GC.

We chose EPI almost 5 years ago now to do major renovations on our home. It is a different choice deciding which contractor to trust. We were and still are very pleased with our result. In addition they offered a 5 year warranty on their work. This is an amazing bonus. Lately we found a couple of minor items that needed EPI's attention. As mentioned it is almost 5 years from the completion of our renovations. Without hesitation or difficulty EPI had the right men in to both assess and correct the issue. No fuss, no hassle.
It's a rare thing to know your contractor will ensure the finished renos are still perfect 5 years after completion!! Thanks Eric and Justin!
