Service in dictionary is a mystery to Enova.
Enova has no info what is buried from supply to a residence in KW. It is not protected private info as it is there supply line to a residence. " Is the residence wired for 200amp from the street to the meter" Mystery! You must complete the request form ALL 32 questions must have acceptable response before consideration to look it up on there computer. They do not have that information available. They MUST send request to another then another goes out and looks at there wiring. Not recorded anywhere from 2005 installation. Calling in third person helped, but soon retracted to complete the 32 question form, they send a person out to look at there wire. A computer to store the info from installation in 2005 is beyond Enova capability.
Enova refuses to offer escalation to a higher level thus limiting customer service.
Find a better provider that at a minimum is knowledgeable of there equipment that is installed from supply to your residence.

Power is so unreliable in the Idlewood/Stanley Park area - within the past 6 months there have been 2, 10 hours plus outages, several 1 hour or more outages and dozens of interruptions lasting a minute or so.
We should start sending them bills for replacing all the hardware being abused by their terrible power. And spoiled food. I agree with the previous reviewer, it is not a power situation you would expect in our Country.
There is obviously a systematic issue that needs to be addressed, unless of course this area is just really really unlucky with wildlife and drunk drivers.

I can send over my UPS logs and confirm the times and durations of your unreliable power, if for some reason you're not using the smart meters data.

Sometimes I wonder how the
power on one grid goes out
multiple times a month and no
one stops and thinks there's a
systemic problem to be fixed. The Stanley Park/Heritage/Idlewood grid has been off upwards of 6 times in 2 months.
Economically everything is tight
right now and this is the second
time I've had to throw out a meal
because this grid is down. How
on earth between 5-6 pm an
outage of upwards of an hour
happens so much in a place we
pride ourselves on calling "the
first world". These are the things
that happen in "third world
countries" and war zones, not
places where rent is more than half your income. It's very
disconcerting.

Brown-outs 2-3 times a month. Why am I paying for delivery when every outlet in my home apparently needs a UPS? No different than Kitchener-Wilmot Hydro TBH. Just terrible.

Unable to provide any stability, the condition of the power grid is deteriorating. We're having daily power outages. We might as well not even reset the clocks on our appliances.

Public utility office - you only visit when you most certainly have to! I haven’t had any bad experiences so far. Staff is courteous (in-person and on the phone). Recently interacted on the phone and online regarding new account setup and cancellation of old one. Just had a 10 min wait on the phone followed by prompt service via online form and email.

Trying to pay my bill, did not receive it due to the postal strike. Calling at 1:30pm on a Thursday, it's saying the office is closed. Google page says they are open, how do I pay my bill that I haven't received?

Worst company ever they employ the rudest most NON customer friendly people to represent them ... is that an actual requirement enova? To be rude to customers and ignore them in the middle of a conversation? The people that come out to get payment are the absolute worst ... I'm honestly saving up to get solar energy that's the best way to go anyways. ENOVA DO BETTER!
