He contributed significantly to the loss of most of my life savings. During a divorce sale he testified against me (leaving my side of the story out and stretching the truth) in a court Motion to force the sale of my home for a price/conditions specifically against my wishes. How is it legal for your own representation to do this? How is it legal/ethical for him to take sides (the answer is that he assumed he had a purchase commission coming with my ex, but I already had a property to move to)? This was May of 2020. The value of the property in question has since perhaps doubled? Many more details to follow.
