Brandy is excellent, knowledgeable and friendly and tend to your needs promptly. Glen the plumber is friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. This is an honest company that’s reliable and trustworthy and prices are reasonable. I highly recommend them.

Have done work in Devon Alberta for my family which I arranged. They go out of their way to explain things and help you even if you need more specialized services that cannot be managed by a regular plumber.

I used their services last year and will use them again shortly but this time will be to install a heating unit.

I wanted to rate them because I have confidence n this company and felt people need to know what a good reliable and honest company they are.

We needed to have our main water shutoff for our house updated due to a stripped handle, and Energy Mechanical was recommended to us as a company who was experienced with working with the city.

Energy Mechanical was able to accommodate us within a couple days, and the plumbers who came were very friendly and super professional. They addressed the weird access to our water line very easily and were able to fix everything within a couple minutes.

Would highly recommend anyone needing plumbing work done.

Excellent Customer Service! Brandy in the office is great to deal with always friendly. Sheldon is very knowledgeable and efficient with repairs and maintenance. He is clean and doesn't leave a mess behind. They treat you like family, and are honest with what needs to be done. I have always had a great experience with this company, and I recommend them to everyone that asks who I use for my plumbing & heating needs.

We had an issue with our air conditioner, it was going to be two weeks to get in. They moved us up to the next day. Which was awesome. Sheldon came and he was very nice. He let me know what my option were and what I could do. Prices were very reasonable. Very happy with the service. And they also do e transfer. 😁

Glen, Brandy and Sheldon have been taking care of a Landlord that I rented from for years that I've rented from.. and his many properties. Now that I've mortgaged my own home I am grateful to rely on the same great service and direction I've seen for many years.
My fridge ice maker had a break in the line. I'd just left for work. The house water sensor alarm went off. I called Energy Machanical and Sheldon came over right away and made sure main water supply was turned off. Giving Judy a piece of mind. Sheldon just humbly said " Judy had it all under control..
Sheldon later recharged our air conditioner and installed a ball valve.
Switched security provider and after Sheldon installed main water ball valve. I now have automatic water shut off through Liberty Security. Our new security provider. Community at it's finest. Thank you.
