I have a Vstar1100, running rough, needs attention. My plan was to push it on my trailer and take it to either Whitby or Scarbourough. A friend said I should talk to this EMS guy that he has used just outside of Brighton. I went, met with Chris, turns out he knows A LOT about motorcycles and has a trailer equipped to transport Motorcycles and he will come and get it, and the big plus for me was that he rides. Arranged it all right on the spot. Already looking forward to spring. This guy is good. Weeks later our garden tractor would not start, Called and he said bring it by and he will look at it. Pushed it off the trailer Chris said let me look sometimes it might be a simple fix. Was a loose connection, No charge. This guy is good.

I can't say enough about the fast, friendly, and knowledgable service I received from Chris at EMS Small Engine Repair.

I had previously getting my Toro Timecutter serviced at a dealer in Trenton, where it was purchased, and was never pleased with the job they did or the attitude of the service technician.

Rather than allowing customers to make an appointment they required that the mower be left in their lot until they could get around to looking at it. My mower sat in their lot for several months at one point, and was returned, after a bill of several hundred dollars, running as badly as it did when I took it in.

When I first contacted Chris at EMS he said I could bring the mower in that same day. He even offered to pick it up.
It was repaired and ready for pick up a few days later, exactly when promised, and is running better than it ever had. I will be a regular customer for any and all of my small engine needs.
