I hired Ed to install a 10,000 sq. ft commercial building in Sept. 2016. At this time of this posting the building is only 10 months old. All caulking installed has dried and let go causing profuse amounts of flooding inside the building. Water continues to flow across the tops of the foundation blocks between the pony wall and foundation block. Ed has failed continuously to return to the site to repair these issues or respond to my emails to set up a date to resolve these issues. I have lost a lot of money due to cancellations of not being able to use the building he constructed.

His customer service was excellent at the beginning of the project but once he had his money his service came to a grinding halt. He has continually failed to listen to the needs for the types of repairs required and wants to put the financial onus on me to repair his shortcomings. He argues that drainage pipe is required but insists on only one side of the building. The water flow is across the TOPS of the blocks NOT underneath the blocks and happens on all sides.

I originally ordered a Nourseman Structure and he delivered a Pembina Valley Structure without my consent. The Nourseman Structure has far superior warranty and more commercial building experience with their engineer design team.

From there Ed on multiple occasions asked to borrow my personal equipment such as wheelbarrows, buckets, my car for it's headlights so that he could see what he was doing at 4:30 am instead of bringing his own light system and the use of our garden tractor to help pull the canvas onto the building frame. He was trying to save money on cost of rental equipment but wants me to assume the repairs costs.

He hires labourers local to the building site who have no experience erecting these kinds of structures or building experience period. He and his team were ignorant of my livelihood being dog training and would often leave gates open for the dogs to access the highway. I have on going relationships with other contractors such as groundskeeping companies and not one of them have shown the disrespect that Ed and his team have shown.

In summary, I do NOT recommend this company or the product for your agricultural, personal or commercial use.
