Ben and the team were very professional and approachable. Very flexible with scheduling the project and helpful with design recommendations. My project was a front and back regrading and landscaping which included patio pavers, rock beds, and new sod. The coordination with Quality Curbs was appreciated for the front curb. Darrell, Ryan, Dave and Tai were professional and flexible in roll out of the project, and receptive to suggestions and feedback. There’s always things that come up in landscape and construction projects that can’t be anticipated, and the team was skilled in dealing with adjustments to the project. I also feel that they can be trusted to stand behind their work, and I felt well taken care of as their customer. I highly recommend Embark! We recently hired Embark for our landscaping for our new build. From the beginning, we were impressed with their professionalism and commitment to customer service. They were always approachable. The team worked diligently and thoughtfully, and we were very pleased with the overall quality of their work. They worked hard to deliver a custom design on our budget. Ben and his team were patient to answer questions and get things exactly as we wanted. They even went the extra mile to find us the perfect tree when there was just one left in a nursery that was an hour's drive away. The team was knowledgeable and could explain why they were choosing to do things in a certain way and they did their best to outline options and explain the benefits of any upgrades so that we could make informed decisions. Ben provided us with a clear and detailed estimate before commencing work and updated this as we made changes. We felt comfortable that we were in good hands. Ben has really set out to make the client experience exceptional and has hired a team that reflects this goal.

We were very impressed with the whole experience and customer service we received from Embark Landscape and Design. Ben, Jarid, Darrell and the rest of the team were very friendly, professional and flexible to accommodate our needs and understand our vision. The pricing was fair , reasonable and most importantly, transparent with no hidden costs.
The project was challenging as it involved a large amount of excavation and hardscaping with the installation of retaining walls, expansive walkway, and patios. The team demonstrated their experience by ensuring proper grading and finding creative solutions. They transformed an unusable back yard, because of it's original severe grading and sloping, into an inviting and comfortable outdoor space. We are very pleased with the workmanship and outcome of the project. We highly recommend this company and extend our thanks to Ben and the team for your hard work and excellent customer service. Embark Landscape & Design completed a backyard patio project for us which involved the removal of an existing deck, a cement sidewalk, a brick patio and the many steps necessary to prepare for the installation of a paving stone patio with contrasting brick border. We are delighted with the results, and have no hesitation in recommending Embark to potential clients. In addition to their attention to detail, we very much appreciated the fact that the installers were always friendly, accommodating and hardworking. . When they left at the end of each day, they made a point of tidying up as much as possible. Ben offered initial design ideas but he was always flexible and willing to accommodate our wishes. Darrell’s expertise and accuracy when cutting the paving stones was remarkable. From start to finish, we found this experience with Embark to have been a very positive one.

I don't even know if I can recommend Embark enough!!! If you found Embark, there is no need to search around for other landscaping companies, for your landscaping imagination come true, Embark is the one.
The quote itself is unbeatable, over more their work is just beyond exquisite. We didn't even pick specific materials, just vague outline that we want the paving stones, little portion of grass, rocks on the side, fence and gates, that was it, and Ben and the team made our backyard unbelievably amazing, I would literally shout out to anyone who needs landscaping, that you need Embark to do it. Honestly, I don't think there will be any other landscaping companies comparable to Embark's quality and quote, you will find out once you contact Embark.
We are just lost in words, we can only think of the fact that we just love our backyard!!

This was our first time using professional landscapers for our new home. What a treat to work with Ben and Embark Landscaping. Ben was exceptional in designing our front and back yards and still accommodating some of our ideas. He listened to our likes and dislikes, then came up with a plan without any pressure to choose. We even drove out to the nursery together to pick out the plants so I could visualize the plan. Ben and his team always left the site tidy, sweeping off dirt off the sidewalks. We totally felt at ease that we would have a beautiful yard and all the legalities would be looked after with Ben and his team. Very professional, competent, knowledgeable and pleasant company to work with and recommend highly.

Ben, Darrell and crew were excellent to work with. The quote was very detailed and accurate-the best I have seen- no hidden extra costs after completion. What a fantastic landscaping company; I wish I had more for them to do! Very attentive and creative with suggestions that even I didn't think of. The young men labouring are hardworking, polite, quick, and communicative. We have had a previous landscaper who was much more expensive with only half the customer service Embark provided. Embark's prices are very competative and reasonable, but the quality of work and customer service that makes sure you are happy each step of the way sets them apart. Highly recommended.
