Elliam Contracting did our whole home renovation for us in Tottenham!
In a given time frame of 3 weeks they were able to accomplish the following:
- Paint the entire house
- Remove popcorn ceilings
- Add potlights and replace all other light fixtures
- Change all flooring throughout the entire house
- Add new counter tops and backsplash
- Completely renovate powder room with new tiles, paint, vanity, toilet and accessories
- Change balusters and posts on staircase along with sand and stain all risers to match flooring
- Epoxy the entire garage floors

It was a tight timeline we gave them but they were able to accomplish it!

Mike worked tirelessly answering our questions and filling our never ending requests. He did some extras on his own time at his own expense to make the house just that more special for us!

I couldn't recommend them enough for your next renovation!!

Elliam Contracting renovated the main floor and basement of my home in Bolton, Ontario. The ktichen was relocated to the dining room for more space. In addition to a new kitchen, flooring was replaced throughout, new recessed lights, a new powder room, laundry room, new interior doors, trim, paint and resurfacing an old wood burning fireplace.

The basement had new floors installed, a new bathroom, egress windows, wet bar, fireplace, new doors and trim.

Mike and his team are very professional, knowledgeable and pays attention to every detail. He is easy to communicate with, is trustworthy, and honesty. I am extremely happy with my renovations, and I have received many compliments on how beautiful my home looks, especially the kitchen. Somehow my house now looks bigger, thought it has not increased in size, but now has a better flow and floorplan.

Our project was a full main floor renovation including the removal of structural walls, essentially changing the entire main floor plan layout, including bathrooms, mud room and staircase. We required an Engineer and City permits due to the scope of work of our project. Mike and his team completed the work according to the Engineers drawings and Building Code. All inspections with the City passed and permits were successfully closed.
We truly appreciated the fact that unlike many other contractors we met with, we never felt pressured to use Mikes contacts for mill work, floors, fixtures, etc.. as we did for many of the other contractors we had met with before selecting Elliam Contracting. Mike never pushed any of his contacts onto us for his beneficial profit. We were able to freely purchase wherever we chose was best for us.
Working with Mike and his team was always effortless. They always kept us “in the loop”.
Like any large project, there are always some hiccups and unexpected surprises. We never felt Mike was using those moments as opportunities to profit from us. We always felt he was being fair and honest with pricing and was looking out for our best interest and ensuring we wouldn’t go too much over our budget.
Mike was extremely patient with us throughout the project as I was at times indecisive on certain decisions.
We were highly satisfied with the outcome of our project. Our experience with Elliam Contracting was very positive! I would recommend Elliam to my family and friends!
