The location in Sarnia Ontario on roper Street manages several properties in Sarnia, maintenance requests have been going in for over a year to have our rear fence repaired at 225 Queen Street, they have gone ignored. 2 years to have Elite come into my unit and fix my shower head, as many people are struggling right now. they furthermore sent me a receipt a few days ago and at that point in time did not have the correct owing amount, this is not the first time that they have done this. I called the office, I was quite very upset, after explaining the situation. 24 hours later I was handed an N4 For non-payment of rent. Anything that is put in writing from this company. they do not stand by, any lease agreements from previous owners of property. they do not stand by, any maintenance requests, can take upwards of 2 years or more for them to even come and look at, the fence at 225 Queen Street in the backyards of all of the units is damaged, falling apart and very weak, many tenants have complained to Elite and asked them to come and fix it. due to the very vicious dog that lives in the property behind 225. this company does not like working with their tenants, the only thing they care about is a paycheck. I strongly suggest anybody and everybody avoid this company. furthermore, this maintenance company will blame the property owners for their lack of care on the properties that they manage. as you will note from the pictures, the fence at the front grass has not been cut or maintained as long as Elite has managed this property, you'll also notice their poor excuse for a fence that they refuse to replace and say is perfectly fine yet takes very little to move it. I cannot wait to be rid of this company, for now, I am stuck here until I can find a unit at roughly the same price. I absolutely do not recommend that anybody rent from this company. As far as any property owners, I would also strongly suggest not using this company. And of course yet again, I just emailed them about a repair request because that's how they demand that it gets done, instead I got fed more excuses about how well the owner has to approve it, these repairs are actually involving safety of tenants due to an animal in the property behind us, instead. Instead, what Elite tells me is that we have to contact City bylaw which fine I get that, however, in the interim I shouldn't have to be dealing with a vicious animal, I shouldn't be in fear of going into my backyard or using my backyard because they refuse to fix a damaged fence

Karen was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. Once I addressed my problem with her, she worked on resolving the issue in an efficient and professional manner. I wish I had come to her sooner. So grateful for her and the young girl that answered the phone.

Karen and her staff are fantastic. KEVIN is amazing with response even on days off. Major break in attempt and damage, replaced door and jam.damaged roof or windows and ceiling leaking......all corrective action and follow up exemplary. Always pay rent in advance, but if I had to be late a day or 2 totally understanding. They accommodate being a work from home Tennant. Plan on beingLong term Renter here. Close to everything I need.landscaping and Major repairs this year yipee

The complex we currently reside in was taken over by new owners, who decided to use Elite Property Group to manage their property. It was the worst choice they could have made as the company doesn’t take any complaints you make seriously and is constantly changing their minds on protocols. Their management men smell like smoke, are dirty, and lie about things needing to be done. They left a dead animal rotting in our attic and claimed there wasn’t anything up there. We constantly are lied to, given attitude, or just not answered at all when we bring up concerns with our unit. We currently have so many health and safety concerns with our unit that Elite refuses to address. Between Rebecca and Allison, the disrespect is ridiculous. Honestly, 1 star is too many. Defiantly recommend finding a different Property Management.
