I agree with the very first guy. Same thing happened to my friend. They are rude and racist. He came to visit me. Registered his car at around 10pm. Next morning it was gone. What they said Was someone called then and said they parked in thier spot. We told them that’s a lie. They should show us the photo. This people said it’s private property. We were like. That’s our car and plate number. How’s that private and personal. Show us how we parked wrong. I called the management. They were rude and didn’t do anything. I had to call several time and even went to the office. What the manager or whoever is in charge, even said I was harassing her with my call. And she agreed with the towing company to charge us 450$. That’s how we were extorted for nothing.

There seems to be 2 different communities in 1 complex. I’m not going to speak on the other reviews here but I’ve had a normal experience from what you’d expect of a property like this. The cleaning lady does her job well, unfortunately some people carelessly litter and make her job harder than it already is. We haven’t had any issues with parking so far, buildings are kept clean and odourless, elevator’s always working and the exterior maintenance is kept up well. No racism on my end here.

This is the worst experience i’ve had till date. This property management is totally racist ! They extort money out of indian students, who are saving their hard earned money to pay their tuition fee.
So this is what happened to me:
I came to visit my friends in here, at 3353 16a Ave NW on saturday night (feb 12, 2022)and parked my car in the visitor parking. I registered my car here, in the parking stall and went upstairs to meet my friends. I came downstairs after a couple of hours to go back to my place, just to find my car missing. I tried calling the management, they were closed and the towing company, which were closed as well due to sunday.
Turns out, they towed my car without any notice, just because i had some parking tickets. I spoke to the management, they were so rude and aggresive. They did not help me at all, instead they even threatened to record my call, when i requested them that i was a student.
At the end, I had to pay a total of 350 dollars to the towing company, just to get my car, not to forget the mental trauma i had to go through !
I am really upset about this happeneing and am expecting an apology and the reimbursement for the same. This is one of the most racist happenings i have ever come across.

Very bad management. They do not take responsibilty of their own parking stalls. Friends and family especially from a different ethnicity are highly not recomended to rent here !
