We saw many more townhomes which were more spacious, well planned with top quality fittings compared to what we saw in these Ekos Point Townhomes. The view from the back is lovely. The lady in charge was not too well versed in what is being included in the condo fees etc. Many aspects she presumed rather than knew which were disappointing after driving all the way there to see the show homes. The garage leads straight into a room which she said can be used as a family room. Then, you have to walk up to the second level where the kitchen, living and dining rooms, and a den are situated. The upper levels are for the bedrooms. The thought of carrying groceries up the flight of stairs to the kitchen is indeed quite daunting. Also, having a family room, downstairs, is something which we did not feel very inviting. Also, the utility room which was situated in the second family room downstairs was quite noisy. I am not sure how well it can be quiet once furniture is moved in. I think we have to think a lot before buying a townhome here.
