Beautiful Library.
The library is modern and clean. Staff are nice and helpful.
You can study here without distraction at the quiet zone.
There is a program room that host various programs.
Parking is free and there are lots of them including EV charging station.
There are accessibility access within the library.

There is a recycling station just outside the library.

The library is a few distance from Millwood shopping center and the LRT station. Make it a great location if you don't drive.

Music

It is the best place to bring your kids during summer vacation. They have vast variety of children's books and educational DVDs that you could borrow and renew easily.

The family friendly environment have you and your kids visit EPL every other week!

It has a very calm and kind of relaxing vibe to it. You can sit there to study, go to the computers, bring young children to the play area and of course, read quietly in one of the many chairs. If you need help with anything in the library, you can go to one of the staff members and ask them about your troubles. Sometimes there are these little events like reading six hours and you get a prize, but I think that's the same with all EPLs.

I walked in a minute before closing with a box full of electronics for recycling, hoping they might know where around the mall the Big Bin recycling round-up event was. Not only was someone at the main desk willing to help me, the area she suggested I look (showing me on Google Maps) was the right place. That's five star service. If she happens to read this: I just say thank you again.

This library is such a staple in my life, I can go there to print things, make copies, fax documents, read and check out books as well. The staff are so helpful and kind!

The only downside is how loud the place can get. As a person recovering from a traumatic brain injury with resulting sound sensitivity, I have to make sure to wear earplugs whenever I attend the library to dampen the sounds of playing children, teenagers sat around a single computer loudly talking and laughing, and people openly having conversations on speaker phone.

It might be a new community. Because of the new public utilities and the library is very modern and large.

I feel this place is more like a Tim Hortons than a library. It's often noisy, with many people coming here mainly to eat. Kids play in an unstructured and unattended manner, and people talk loudly or take phone calls without consideration. Additionally, some individuals park their non-EV cars in EV-designated parking spots. I believe the library should put up clear instructions to ensure a peaceful and organized environment for everyone.

My kids loves going to the library, specially the Millwoods location. They have tons of selection and a hassle free book hold. Although theres another location much closer to home, we still go here. We make it a habit to go every Sunday and its not as packed as any other day.
