I hired them after a thorough and informative on-site visit from Sterling. He taught me so much about deck construction and offered the best solution for my property. I haven’t seen any other contractors go above and beyond like he did.

Trevor and Miles built the deck in just 2.5 days, and their attention to detail and craftsmanship was outstanding. They used high-quality materials from reputable suppliers.

While the cost wasn’t the lowest (nor the highest) among the handful quotes I got, the final result was well worth the investment.

We were looking at replacing the front deck on my mom's house. The deck was nearly 50 years old and probably hadn't been repaired in nearly 15 years.

We contacted a number of companies to get quotes. From the quotes we received what made us select Edmonton Decks was the service from Sterling.

Once he met my mom and knew she was a senior, he made suggestions to change the stairs to be more accessible for her. Because the deck was a small project (9'x6'), he planned to fit the project in right away.

They started on time and finished quickly. The deck would have been completed in a day, except for the rain which forced Sterling's crew to come back the next day to finish off.

My mom and I are both happy and satisfied with the service and quality of work along with the communication provided by Sterling and his crew. I would highly recommend Edmonton Decks for any deck project you have.

This summer, I contacted Sterling with Edmonton Decks for screw piles for my deck. He came out had a look, gave me a quote, and I immediately realized that this person was sincere, and honest and had a wealth of information regarding decks and deck building. Long story short, he built my 1350 square-foot deck. His lead-hand Trevor and his crew were amazing to work with, they started the project on time and finished close to their projection time. From giving their thoughts on projects, what ideas would work and look best in conjunction to what I was looking for down from design to color and position of stairways. Sterling and Trevor were excellent to work with. Sterling explained the various options very clearly and had quote ready in a day. The actual deck construction by Trevor and his crew was a pleasure to watch....three people who obviously knew what each of them had to do and worked together smoothly. The end result showed meticulous finishing and is a joy to use.

We decide to add a lower level to our new deck about 3 weeks after the upper deck was finished. Sterling was more than helpful in explaining how the lower deck would tie into the existing upper level. The work was completed with 2 weeks and the finished decks look awesome. At the same time, we needed to replace a fence across the back of our yard. This was done at the same time as the lower deck and was very impressive. The gate was the most striking feature of the new fence. Trevor and his crew were friendly, knowledgeable and perfectionists in their work.
