We worked with Earthscape for our backyard design & construction project, from start to finish. They are truly a premium contractor to work with.

The design phase was a great experience, as we got to work closely with the design team to create a space that would encapsulate our family's needs perfectly. The construction phase and project management were very well executed. The project started and finished on schedule, thanks to the site crew and managers keeping it all on track. The crew was extremely professional -- they always arrived on time, cleaned up their trash, and were respectful of our home. The only hiccups we encountered were related to third parties, and Earthscape handled the situations as well as possible. Overall it was a successful and smooth project.

Thanks to Josip, Scott, Ryan and the rest of the team involved in our project, we really enjoyed working with you all and we are so happy with our backyard renovation!

My wife and I are very happy with the work Earthscape has done on our backyard landscaping! From the initial design to completion, everything was done professionally and on time. The team only took about a week to level out our entire backyard, install hardscape and planting. We are so pleased with the work and have been thoroughly enjoying our backyard and hosting our family and friends. Earthscape would also check in at regular intervals to ensure that we were happy with the work they completed, and are eager to address any concerns that come up. Overall we cannot recommend Earthscape enough!

The team was an absolute dream to work with at every stage. I had a very specific vision in place for our new front yard, and their design team helped elevate that vision well beyond my expectations. The crew that worked onsite were friendly, professional, and considered every detail when it came to making life easy for us as the work happened.

We ran into an unfortunate case where we unexpectedly has to change the scope of work when we discovered our previous home owners hid some very unsafe supports for our front porch. The Earthscape team took us through every possible option, and very quickly got a team onsite to not only fix the safety issue, but to also make the end result match our needs.

Looking forward to having them help us tackle our backyard vision in the near future!

Throughout the entire process everyone was very attentive to all of our concerns, and diligent about raising any issues that came up and how they would handle it. Any questions we had were promptly answered and everyone was professional and delivered high quality products throughout.

We approached earthscape because our garden was half finished and almost every aspect needed work, it was many odds and ends and then a few new features we wanted to do. I really appreciate that Earthscape was able to manage every aspect of the job - fencing, irrigation, hardscape, softscape, garden design, a water feature, etc. Jamie the design lead was able to take our loose ideas of what we wanted and provided options and opinions on what else would work well. Scott the project lead frequently touched base and visited before, during, and after the job to make sure everything was high quality. Jordan the site lead checked in throughout the build, sent us pictures when we were away for a part of it and walked through it whenever we were home to make sure everything was going well (which it did!).

Right from the initial design conversations with Jenna, we felt like she understood our use cases and design aestethic, and that was evident in the designs she came up with. Throughout the process she was conscious of our budget and came with options for us at various price points.
When construction started, Jake, Chad and the crew were friendly, professional and meticulous. The project itself spanned approximately a month, and they left the property in good shape each night and ensured no adverse impact to neighbours throughout. We had the pleasure of working with Earthscape for a big landscaping job around our property, including: driveway, front steps, 2 decks, fence, covered enclosure, shed, waterfall, and landscaping (soft & hard).

They did a fantastic job. Beautiful, well-thought-out design, coupled with on-time, courteous, capable, and effective work crews, and great overall project management.

All aspects of our project were well-executed. The end result is amazing. Very pleased, and would absolutely recommend.
