Lillian is a very nice gentleman. Very professional, very respectful and the work is really clean. Lillian and his team replaced the sunroom windows and other windows in our property and the quality is really great. They gave us cost-effective design options. They recommended to replace the rotting studs and siding that was done poorly by the previous sunroom builder. They gave us options and recommended alternatives but did not pressure us. We ended up going with his recommendation to do the work the right way. I will do business with them if needed in the future for my other properties. Thank you Lillian and team!

After getting several quotes and talking to friends who had recommended Doxy Systems after also trying other companies, I chose Doxy-Systems based on the referrals and the price. Owner Lilian gave me a great deal and the installers were very professionally. He used new technology installation, completely different of other company.
I had 15 windows replaced with tripple glazed glass and 2 doors .

Installers were very friendly, and did a good job cleaning up the mess after the install. My new windows look amazing. I would recommend Doxy-Systems. Thanks a lot Lilian for solving my windows problems.

I can't really state what the quality of work done by this company is like. I can't even tell you how well they do estimates. Here is my experience with this company...

I contacted them via their web form in late June 2023, their response was sent to my spam folder so I didn't respond for 5 days...that's on me, I should have checked the folder sooner...but I did respond less than a week later confirming a tube window when they could come by for an estimate. I was never responded to. Red flag number 1.

Fast forward to September. I had put the project on hold for a couple months and was ready to get back to it. I had one estimate in hand, but wanted another so I decided to contact this company again. They had good reviews and people make mistakes. So I called this time. I was greeted with a gruff, "Hello" Red flag number 2. If the first thing you do in an exchange with a potential customer is make them feel uncomfortable and force them to confirm with you if they dialed the right number, you've already messed up. I, however keep pushing forward and explain my project and ask when he can come over to do some measurements and give me an estimate.

-Are you home today?
-Yes, all day
-Can I come by after 5?
-Sure, I'll be around all night.
-Okay, this is my cell phone. Text me your name and address

Approximately 4 minutes later I text the information...and then, nothing. He never showed up, and I never received any communication from him whatsoever. Just dead silence. Red flag number 3, although that one is less of a red flag and more of an obvious end to any business dealings I would ever have with this company.

From the reviews it seems like they do good work, I guess you just have to be lucky enough for them to answer you or show up when promised. And based on the track record of how this company has dealt with me I expect a response to this review explaining how this was actually all my fault...or more likely complete silence which seems to be the primary service they provide...
