Well I had a pro company install a dishwasher incorrectly and it leaked and destroyed our kitchen cabinets and the ceiling of the unit below was damaged. One company quoted $5800 so insurance had me sign off on it saying I would not ask for more. They took 40% of the claim money up front tore my kitchen apart and then went out of business. Our strata asked Pro Pacific to quote and they came back $2k higher than the original quote from IHS and 30% of the work and supplies were already done? I said screw it and ordered remaining supplies on my own without discount and me and a co-worker put my kitchen back together in 4 hours and a professional would be much faster with proper equipment. Total cost to me $1100 so where did they get $7k from? Granted they have to patch and paint 3 holes downstairs but still not $7k. Even if they billed me $100 an hour for 2 guys (4 hours which included me disposing of the garbage) that’s $800 and they would get a significant discount on supplies so even if they marked up the materials 30% it’s still nowhere near the quote they gave. They knew my wife had a stoke and fell down amidst the mess so I feel in our desperation they took full advantage of our situation and bent me over. There was $3500 left in reserve insurance funds from previous jerks so even if they used that to repair unit below that means I’d be $4500 out of pocket for a job that should have cost no more than $2k. Highway robbery at a bad time for us. I’ve attached a picture of the job me and another non professional did and you’d swear professionals did it. Including before picture. Don’t hire these guys unless you want to empty your bank account.

DKI Pro Pacific did a fantastic job repairing our home from water damage in the kitchen. The project manager promptly assessed the damage and had his team start the remediation process immediately. All workers were kind, courteous, friendly and hard working. We had such confidence in the entire team from start to finish - including pack up and move out of our new furniture. It was a very stressful situation, but the team made it very manageable with their clear communication, thoughtfulness and the exceptional skill of the trades that restored our home. As always there were a few glitches which were remediated immediately without question! They provided a schedule from start to finish and kept to it! We would highly recommend DKI Pro Pacific, they are a very capable, extremely organized & professional company...

I used DKI Pro Pacific for remediation work on a vandalized unoccupied residence for a client. Once a project manager was assigned (Tiara W) a quote for the required work was forwarded expeditiously and remediation commenced within 24 hours of a decision. The residence was again vandalized shortly thereafter and some of the material was stolen. Again within 48 hours Tiara made arrangements to repair the damage. The communication between myself, the client and DKI was excellent throughout. I would recommend DKI Pro Pacific for professionalism, communication and effectiveness in responding to a client's needs.
