We have been so impressed with First Response, and are very grateful for everything they did for us. From the very first day after the house fire, they turned up and totally took control of what was an extremely stressful situation for us. We didn't have to think about anything to do with clean-up, they just sent in their amazing crew, salvaged, cleaned and stored what they could and itemised everything else for the insurance company. We also used them as the project manager for the rebuild, and again, they were wonderful to deal with, extremely diligent, communicative and helpful. They have excellent relationships with their subcontractors and all the tradespeople who worked on the house were equally delightful to deal with. Special thanks to Kristy for being excellent at her job, and getting us through the rebuild with minimum fuss and stress. We really felt that she was totally invested in creating the perfect home for us, and that filtered down to all the crew - Chris, Lee, Byron, Zanna, so many more whose names we didn't catch - thank you all! First Response is an awesome part of this community, and they are a shining example of how a company should operate. We love our new home and are forever grateful.
