I bought a place a few months ago.
There was some lack of knowledge, clarity and transparency (real estate and banking) during the purchasing phase.

That said, everything that had to do with the building itself was (and is) great. Brent is a very nice person to deal with. He is ready to help and get things worked out quickly and he keeps his word.
All the pre-inspection fixes were done on time and I was very satisfied with how everything was delivered.

The strata management is very active and seems to promptly fix any issues that comes up.

Overall pretty happy with the purchase and the quality of the apartment.
