I visited one of their currently available homes at 96 York for comparable purposes, and the build quality was fantastic. What a beautiful home. You can tell they made the effort with their finishing work and attention to detail. Even though I wasn't contacting them for a sale and was simply requesting information, they were very responsive and helpful, which hasn't always been my experience when contacting builders.
