I was a landlord in a tough spot looking for immediate help from someone to manage my rental property in Pembroke as I lived 4hrs away . There were certainly some challenges with the property, but Andrew stepped up and didn't hesitate to manage the place. He made me feel 100% comfortable knowing that my property was in good hands. I never had to follow up on any issues, if he promised to look into something he delivered 100% of the time. Very professional and organized, highly recommend.

When I realized I needed help with a tenant issue, I reached out Dick's Property Management. Andrew Dick's professionalism shines through during a deteriorating tenant/landlord situation. He is solutions focussed, and moved forward with dignity and respect. He is an advocate and ally for the tenants, while providing me (landlord) with sound advice in a challenging circumstance. I am very grateful for his empathy and kindness, as the current living conditions at my property are terribly unfortunate. I was at a loss for next steps, till DPM stepped in.
