Buying a brand-new home can be exciting but also stressful — the biggest worry is always how fast and how well repair issues will be handled after moving in. With DiCenzo company, I couldn’t be happier. Natalie has been absolutely amazing: every time I submitted a service request, I received a reply within just a few hours. No matter the problem, always followed up quickly and made sure it was taken care of. Most of my repair concerns have already been fully resolved, and the technicians who came on site were excellent — professional, skilled, and very respectful of the home. They not only fixed everything properly but also left the place clean and tidy afterward. This level of service really gives me peace of mind.

Extremely poor build quality, don't purchase any of their new builds. There are several good builders out there.. poor selections for decor and their closing lawyers have extremely poor response rate and don't do all due diligence while processing the deal. Poor warranty covered service

This builder has been unresponsive and will not finish my house. I have stairs that are not stained as an a result of damage they caused. I have lived here for almost two years and I keep emailing them and no one will get back to me. If anyone knows how to get in touch with them please let me know. I am currently sending them an email everyday and CCing Tarion. I just want my house to be completed.

Never go with them, contact me and I will also show you how crapy their building is, everything is done by contracts and each wall is wired shaped with some kind of bumps in it. Plus their own company( Elevate - owned by dicenzo) is locking people in rental equipment which cost hardly 2k and charging 80 every month ( plus hidden charges).

I have never seen a builder so incompetent as this one! Family member is still fighting every day after they took possession a 1 1/5 year ago. Flooring is warped, kitchen bulkhead is off by 5” at one side, cupboard doors cannot be opened without hitting appliances or cannot be accessed at all as they are too small, powder room is huge temp difference and laundry room vents are not connected to the outside so condensation dripping occurs . Too many items too mention. What a mess and never mind the office staff, totally incompetent! Think twice before buying from these people!

Worst builder even. I am an investor who previously purchased 6 brand new home from builders ..... I could believe how this builder is operating in Canada. Cutting corners is not enough how bad their finishes are.

At first we were in love with our new build from dicenzo but after a few years of living in our townhouse we have noticed the lack of quality in this “new build”. The caulking done throughout the house is terrible (up the stairs and in the washrooms) and even though this was fixed upon initial inspection it still did not hold up. The kitchen sink caved in randomly. The laminate floors are peeling up and some planks have random spaces. Our shower glass door completely burst one day. We have just noticed a leak in the kitchen ceiling above the fridge, it was determined that the master bedroom shower is causing the leak. The backyard stones are sinking in. The garage door trim paint and house numbers are all pealing. It seems we are just waiting for the next problem to occur. Would not purchase from this developer again.
