When searching for an agent to represent us, we felt like other agents either lacked experience or lacked a modern understanding of the market, while others came across pushy or desperate to make a dollar.
From our first meeting with Diane, we were in love. Right off the bat, she was extremely personable, intelligent and it was obvious that she loved real estate and invested every part of herself into her work. She just understood . There was no point in our entire process where we were unsatisfied the slightest. She was quick to understand our needs, our timeline and what was needed from her and her team. She did an outstanding job staging and preparing our house for sale, ensures the pictures and videos were flawless, and made the entire process efficient and a breeze! When we saw how she had organized and staged our house, it brought tears- we still look at pictures and are amazed at how talented she is! Her years of experience led us to sell our house quickly, but also securely.
Diane always made sure we were in the loop, gave amazing advice, and was quick and thoughtful with communication. What stands out from most other agents is her follow-up. After our sale was completed, she made sure she kept up communication and checked- in regularly until closing. She truly went the extra mile, and then some.
There are not enough stars or good things we can say about Diane Price. If you are in the market or even thinking about buying/ selling, calling Diane will be the best thing you can do. Diane is not one of the best, she is THE best.

Diane and her team are possibly the greatest contact I have discovered since moving to Canada. I am yet to find a problem that Diane couldn't resolve herself or know someone who could, twice I have relied on Diane for her expertise and guidance for property purchases and she is considered a truly positive part of our immigration here.
Our situation has not been straight forward and a multi property deal had many twists and turns over a lengthy 4/5 months or so, Diane's ability to relieve pressure and support the process was a real benefit where others may not have had the time, patience or skill set to deliver.
