Shoddy construction, I have a unit in Marquise and the walls vibrate when people use the gym, eventually all those vibrations will weaken the cement around the rebar and let me not forget to mention the terrible finishes inside, cheap and incompetent is a good way to describe this company, buy somewhere else or you’re just buying a headache. Or get a good lawyer.
Update, the noise from the gym continues and I was told by this construction company to go screw myself, so I have to sue them, do not buy from them or you will just buy a headache.
