Phil and the crew went above and beyond on-site—showing up on time, working efficiently, and paying close attention to every detail. They treated our project with the same care and pride as if it were their own backyard.

The end result exceeded our expectations. The craftsmanship, the clean lines, and the quality of the work all speak to the high standards Design Turf clearly holds itself to. For years I struggled with maintaining my lawn due to squirrels and lack of sun and I’m so happy I made the decision to go with first Design Turf who transformed my backyard into a beautiful oasis! Not only does the turf look real and stunning, but it’s soft and comfortable on the feet and super easy to clean - all you need is a leaf blower.

Lastly, working with Design Turf was an absolute pleasure from beginning to end. Alex was very personable, responsive and accommodating when I asked to reschedule twice. And the crew led by Phil was extremely professional and happy to make a few last minute changes for me.

Our backyard was once beautiful and utilized all the time however, keeping up with the weeds proved impossible and sadly, our yard lost its appeal and usefulness.

Thankfully, we hired Design Turf whose entire team is amazing! The owner, office staff, salesman Alex, and their three amazing labourers, made this a truly wonderful experience from start to finish!!

In only two days, they restored our yard into a little paradise, with more useful space than it ever had, especially for our three dogs who absolutely love it!!

Family and friends love the transformation and while looking so aesthetically pleasing, it has also significantly improved my mental health!

We had our pet turf put down May 2020 and I didn’t post my reviews then but it’s 2025 and it still looks great. The guys explained everything and worked very hard. We have a round pool and they did a great job of fitting the turf to the pool shape. We got this done because we have a large dog and didn’t want anymore muddy paws. He plays hard on it and it has held up to the high traffic. Design Turf will also come and “refresh” your turf for a spring cleaning fee. We’ve had that done once and it’s good value if you aren’t the kind to do it yourself. When you consider you have no more lawn care expenses (weed and feed and seed and water) and spend no time mowing the costs are worth it. We love our Design Turf still!
