Purchased my condo through Select Reality in March 2021 and moved into The Jackson Condos built by A-Desantis Developments in July 2022.

Upon moving in, I was very impressed with the design, the attention to detail and the quality of my unit and the building overall. Only a few minor issues needed attention but were quickly resolved and A-Desantis Staff are there to assist you with any questions or concerns that come up. My unit is spacious with a fantastic and functional layout, high quality cabinets and fixtures installed.

The amenities are fantastic and the building was designed and built with luxury and high quality standards in mind. The building deserves an Award and Recognition from Home Builders Magazine.

A Desantis Developments and Real Estate is a highly respected and renowned in Hamilton and I would not hesitate to recommend them for future developments.

Excellent home buying process from start to present, 2 years later! I was short on time and the realtor suggested the best layout and upgrades within price range and we sealed the deal efficiently. The decorator picked out choices for flooring, cabinets, etc...as I was busy and turned out gorgeous! She nailed it. The regular lady in the office was available along the way to make scheduling easy. The after sales guys on site were professional, decent, skilled guys who helped with any concerns after purchases within warranty periods. They were hard working getting stuff done, made people feel comfortable and not stupid if you had no clue about something electrical, etc... in a home, but rather patiently explained or educated you. The contractors the builder used were wonderful too. The designs of the homes are incredible! The complex design has a bike rack, 2 protected walking or rollerblading circles free of through traffic and a stretching silver bar with 2 heights! 🙂 The owner and his father, who started company decades ago, would often be on site overlooking the construction process during various stages and chat with owners out for walks. They had a great team that made the home purchase in busy lives easier.
