Corey and his crew do spectacular work. We've worked with them twice now, and both experiences have been fantastic. The crew is polite, tidy, and as quiet as construction work gets, and the work is always done well with attention to detail. The work plan and any recommendations are explained patiently and clearly, and Corey is very meticulous in seeking our opinion and approval of the work plan and any changes. If something needed to be altered for any reason, we were consulted immediately. So far, they've helped us with some crown moulding, a complete replacement of our basement flooring, and a demo and restoration. And we will absolutely be working with Denham Construction again in the future!

We Used Corey and his team to help bring our plans to reality. We started planning a major addition to our bungalow in 2022 and by the end of 2023 it was done. Planning is the longest part! He was very backed up at the time but warned us of that , which gave us time to budget , work with banks and finish the plans.

He sat down with us from the early stages of planning with the Architect and threw in his opinion where we were maybe making the wrong call, or advised us of what was realistic and what wasn’t.

He has lots of experience and knowledge to share and represents his own company well. He made sure we were satisfied and worked within our timeline when we tossed a few curveballs into the job.

Out of all the estimates we got , he was the only one that was even close to realistic, and where we went over budget was our own doing.

We called him back the following year for a few upgrades and our continue business was taken seriously and done incredibly quick.
