Update: The foundation is leaking. It's not just weeping, its an actual large leak. Again Delve Con has showed their true workmanship.
We will be going for warranty on this. But with the aggression we received it will probably have to be dealt with through a law suit. Which we are vary willing to pursue.

Do not use these guys.

Do not use these guys, they do not care about quality.

They didn't pack the driveway they put in and now whenever it warms up you sink about 6 inches every step. That's a persons step not a truck or car.
My basement windows were crooked and they refused to repair them.
The whole basement is out 4" out of square.
My main floor was done by Coreslab. (Which is a great company to use.) so my top floor needed about 3-4" mini of concrete top to be done by Delve Con. I got 2-1/2".... 3" was the minimum...
They constantly assumed everything and when confronted about why it wasn't done as per Engineered drawings, their owner swore at me and had a temper tantrum like a 4 year old. If I could post a video with this post i'd show you. It got fairly ridiculous.

Again, do not let them bully you into just accepting their poor workmanship. Contractors like these guys should not get away with the quality of work they did on this project.

I'll have to pay to have the driveway re-done in the spring.
I'll have to install new post in the basement to support the upper floor because of the missing 1/2" of concrete which didn't pass inspection.

Currently they are putting in a foundation for my basement in the garage.

It's a unique project and they are doing a great job because it involves a basement under a garage using coreslab.

Watching Delve Contracting grow for the past 15 years has been exciting. The owner, Chad, is as hard working as it gets, and his willingness to support extremely large and/or small projects is a representation of that. Delve has the equipment and expertise to do it all, and i would recommend them to family and friends!

Delve Construction is a solid company backed by some great ownership. These guys do it all right and stay within the budget and timeliness. Worth a call to inquire about future projects for sure.
