If there was an option for lower than 1 star that would be my review.

My parents had purchased black shingles from here in July, paid for in full. Shingles were held at location until date of installation. Workers to install the shingles showed up on August 18th to pick up supplies only to be told the shingles were SOLD TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER. Materials that we had already bought and paid for were sold and paid for again. WITHOUT US EVER BEING INFORMED, and their answer is we COULD BE refunded? Unacceptable. Not only should we be refunded for the shingles we paid for, but also for the amount paid to retain our workers for installation and for any issues we may now incur waiting for an opening for installation date as the reason for replacement initially is a leak. ON TOP OF a generous discount for this MAJOR inconvenience which has now resulted in us having to opt for shingles we did not want in order to hopefully be covered before winter. This will be further escalated. Buyer beware.
