I really enjoy living at 90 Eastdale Avenue. The place is well taken care of, and the management here is nice and friendly. Although there is some construction happening, it should be finished by next year. They also replaced the windows, which is a nice improvement. Also, I am a big fan of the huge balcony and the view. Plus, there's a beautiful park Taylor Creek Park nearby that's really lovely. Overall, for me it is a nice place to live.

I moved in November and was impressed by the lady who helped me get the apartment. Vilma helped me chose the best apt for myself and my boys. The apartment has security guards and a super intendant who is there to help you out whenever need be. I haf no garbage chutes in my old place and it was so difficult being disabled and a Mother of 2 boys. The neighbours are sweet and generous. I am so glad I moved here.

We just moved in this weekend and we were pleased with how Vilma, from the rental office, helped us get this apartment with an amazing view. She's very friendly, approachable and she always has answers or suggestions to all my questions. We even received a welcome home succulent from she and her team. She's the 2nd reason why we decided to take the apartment right away. The first was the view from the balcony.
