Sent 2 car panels to the USA & Quebec. Zero issues. Then, I sent a full 4 piece URAS bodykit to a fellow Nissan Skyline R34 owner in Ontario, and it arrived in 10 days flat. No damage. The most recent part however (R34 spoiler in last picture shown here) was going to Dieppe Street, Saskatoon, SK.... and got lost and ended up in Dieppe, New Brunswick. It's been 8 weeks and counting. Customer Service at the SK warehouse was of great help and now it's their main call line, search ticket put out & lastly me filling out their gorm and emailing it out to keep the ticket open. Hopefully they find it!

Being told that my address is the reason for a delay in delivery without an explanation as to why my item has been sitting in port for 5 days makes no sense. Also not being able to provide me with clear procedures is a huge red flag. Going forward this will not be a company I will deal with. Still don't have my item and was told they wouldn't follow up on a delivery date because it's a no sign. SMH, apparently this is the only logistics company that does use logistics

Be aware! If you are placing on line orders from Walmart, Home Depot, and other somewhat reputable businesses and arranging to have items delivered to your home it is this trucking company that these businesses arrange to have deliver your item(s). Day and Ross claimed to deliver a >$1000 item to my home on a day when I was there and even claimed to have a POD (proof of delivery). There was never a delivery and Walmart hung me out to try claiming I need to file a police report that it was stolen. How can I do that without a POD. Most recently, have been waiting for 25 days for a delivery from Home Depot that was to arrive within 15 days at the latest. Had to go to Home Depot store today to discover delivery company was again Day and Ross. Assistant at Home Depot found that Day and Ross claimed item was out for delivery today. Here it is 7:00 pm, person was at my address all day and there was no delivery of any kind. Do not trust this delivery company, do not order anything from businesses that use the delivery company as you will certainly be taking your chances!

Driver forgot pickup terminal so did not give PU number the delivery has not been made they can’t find a pick up was ever done however I have pictures of it being loaded into truck. Have been hung up on 8 times x can’t get connected to a manager and the staff refuse to do anything. Sent a friend to pick up Jaipur and a half drive from home and it’s not there!!! WHERE IS MY DELIVERY AND WHAY HAPPENED TO ALL YOUR GOOD TEAM Members? The last team

Been using Day & Ross for years now…. Yes there is problem's but every shipping company do… but the drivers, customer service, and dispatch team are great at this location actually great is an understatement!

One word of advice is to only talk to the local office rather then the call center as they are the one who are dealing with your good on a daily basis!

No cars available because of come home year...so I bought a used motorcycle. Strapped it to a pallet, dropped it off at D&R and shipped it back to alberta uninsured at my own risk. Arrived in perfect condition. Staff there were amazing. Being from out west I am used to horrible customer service so I almost teared up a little 🤣😂. Thanks B'ys!

Applied for a driver job, told me I had to much bus experience yet I drove truck since 96. Their loose, they will hire newer drivers first before years of experience. .

Worst trucking company in Canada. Unprofessional and just do not care about customer service and they will tell you that when freight is over a week late. Find a company who cares because this one doesn't. National call centre is not "allowed" to give out the local office number to speak with a manager. That tells you all you need to know.
