Steve was misleading/lied about a grant with full confidence. When I didn't want to purchase the home anymore, he spent the entire day going back and forth with me and family members about making an offer because "it's a great deal" and "you don't know what the market will look like in 6 months".

I said no, and that should be respected. Lying about grants is just bad business and unprofessional. Felt like he was just trying to make a quick buck rather than actually help.

Also, the market is slow asf. Prices will continue to drop, but your business practice standards shouldn't.
