Fantastic Rental Experience – Highly Recommend!

I recently had the pleasure of renting this townhouse, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience. From the moment I moved in, the home was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The layout is spacious and functional, with plenty of natural light and modern finishes that make it feel both stylish and comfortable.

The neighborhood is quiet and safe, with convenient access to shopping, restaurants, and public transportation. Parking was never an issue, and the community itself is well-kept with friendly neighbors.

The landlord/property manager Bec has been incredibly responsive and accommodating, addressing any minor maintenance requests promptly. Their professionalism and attentiveness made our stay stress-free.

Overall, this townhouse exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free rental experience.

The staff at broadstreet properties - Dansereau are so amazing to deal with. They are so accommodating and I appreciate how often they go above and beyond! From the Property Manager Bec to all the maintenance workers and cleaning staff they have all made living here such a wonderful experience!

I would like to start off by saying Bec the property manager has always been amazing from when we first viewed the place to moving out! She was super understanding of our issues and concerns and was super helpful in the move out process because we moved out before our lease was up as we weren’t happy living there and wasn’t able to call it home due to these issues! For the price of rent compared to the quality of their homes is disappointing! From the maintenance issues never getting fixed or things falling apart to people being disrespectful in the complex. Not to mention we have dogs and they charged a $250 non refundable pet fee which I think is ridiculous since my dogs never damaged anything I understand taking money if they had damaged something but for it to be non refundable is insane on top of that they still are charging $35 a month for each pet! They include water and a parking stall but still make you pay $10 for a parking stall pass per vehicle which for what when the stall is included? And if you loss your pass you will be charged for a new one!

I lived in these townhomes for two years. The property is well managed and clean. The staff are friendly, efficient, and helpful. Most amenities are within a 30 minute walk: schools, groceries, bakeries, restaurants, and the sport and recreation center. There are plenty of small lakes and walking trails nearby.

The units are an open design with central air, and stayed comfortable all year round. My only criticism is that they do not have a basement, and so they lack in storage space. However, I believe that is the nature of their location.

Overall I was very happy with my time spent there. 🙂

I have a significant other that lives here and the inside of the places hv a decent size for a family of 4. The bedrooms aren't too small and have enough space for a dress or two and a decent sized bed without taking too much room. The maintenance people are fairly nice as well.

My family and I lived in the townhomes for 6 months and we really enjoyed it. Bec (site manager) and Marilyn (leasing agent) were phenomenal ladies! They made the whole process of moving in smooth and always went that extra mile. I was always greeted with a smile and warm welcome.Also, the Maintenance department was amazing and whenever there was an issue, my request was dealt with the same day or day after. As for the grounds, they’re always kept tidy and neat. If you’re looking to rent, I highly recommend these properties. You won’t be disappointed 🙂

Apartment building 6504 was my home for 3 years. Layout was nice in my suite. And common areas were kept extremely clean and well maintained.
