I'd give fifty stars out of five if Google allowed it. This team is beyond fantastic. I had no idea that it was even possible to get Agent help that would take care of so much of the process for me.

They always gave me the opportunity to choose, and any direction I gave them they followed meticulously. If I just wanted them to "take care of it" that was the last I heard until the successful result came in.

They also are comfortable with modern Digital tools. I did not want to talk on the phone that much, so they collaborated with me in a spreadsheet I had made in Google Drive. They used email and text, and respected the way I wished to communicate.
