I had the pleasure of working with Lance and the crew at Customline Excavating last fall. We needed a new septic system on our property, but quickly realized that it was not an easy task. Regulations had changed, so we were unable to build the septic where the previous on was and had to find a new location on the property. Customline was able to find us a solution that worked for our property and didn't involve us tearing up our 40 year old gardens. While they were here, the scope of our project increases and we needed to have an earthen berm built. They took that on as well!

They were professional, experienced and very responsive to any concerns we had. I would highly recommend them for any project! We will certainly be using them again!

I called Customline Excavating with a question about septic tank inlet specs. I was transferred to a man I believe was named Kevin (based on the phone directory). Not only was he keen to give me a full and descriptive answer, but took the time to explain how and why. This was extremely helpful and definitely saved me a lot of work. And it was all free advice. If I ever need a septic tank installed these guys are my first call. 5 stars!

They were always on time. Second day here minus 15 and 8 am sharp they showed up. Their staff was happy, friendly and informative. They had a lot to repair over the next week and not one complaint from any of their guys. I would definitely refer this company to anyone in need of septic work!

We were affected by the flooding last year, with massive amounts of water flowing down the mountain on our property. We luckily just made it out without our home flooding. Customline came in as soon as the rds were re opened and cleared debris which had pushed down with the water as well as built a massive drainage pit system which worked flawless once we had a large rainfall after the snow storms. They were very helpful in all scope of work including a great price. They will be doing all excavation work for us in the future.
