Well huɓby take vehicle in and drops it off at the dealer to get a new windshield installed today. Advises me this afternoon to go down about 430 to pay and get keys. He works late and this way he can pick it up after work.
So down I go between my work schedule. Explain why I'm there. Oh, he didn't bring his car in today. Excuse me. He dropped the car off last night and it's sitting right there in the parking lot. Keys were out in the slot. The lady even took a bit to find were the appointment was in the calendar. Yup, look, there it is. The man went over to the drop off slot and found the keys. I watching yes there the keys. The man was nice and explained that he would take it right in and get it done.
Now I don't know if the lady I seen was the lady that spoke to my husband during the day and said oh yes, it's in the shop and can pick it up at 430. I held my temperature but they know I was not impressed at all.
We all make mistakes in life, but, wouldn't ya check the drop box in the morning? Look in the parking lot that is only 8 stalls? Wouldn't you call the person who booked to ask if coming if appointment booked?
Customer service isn't what it use to be. Not even in a small town.
Not even a sorry.
There GD lucky someone didn't pick up the key that the drop box was the floor behind the waiting room chairs and drive off with the vehicle.

Had George and his guys come over to my tint shop to R&R this very old cars back window so i could tint it properly. When the glass was reinstalled the trims fit much better than they did before! It was cool to witness some masters of their craft in action installing this old window - there was a century of experience working on this glass. The owner of the car was VERY pleased with how the trims fit tight when she picked it up. She fell in love with her cars new look allover again! Thank you guys ill see how many more classics we can work together in the future!

Took a rock to the front glass of my Honda Accord a few weeks ago, almost pierced right through. I was looking for someone relatively close to me (im 1hr east of camrose).

Crystal Glass was the first place I called and was greeted by Terry, who was super friendly and nice. Explained my situation, she asked to put me on hold to check into it, came back a few minutes later explaining she'd have to order the glass and will take a few days - no problem, so I booked in for Saturday (Oct5). I arrived and left my car in their hands.

Terry calls me back not long after, maybe within 30-45 mins or so, explaining the wrong glass had been ordered/sent. Obviously the wrong glass won't work, which of course left me frustrated after driving an hour and now knowing I had to come back and do this another day.

This is where I chose to stay with them instead of being mad and going somewhere else.
When my partner and I got back to their location after being told the bad news we were greeted with a lot of very genuine empathy about the mixup, they had managed to get me the proper glass which was a lot cheaper than the incorrect piece was, so I saved about $150 there alone, but on top gave me an additional discount for all of the inconvenience and mixup.

It's *this* kind of service that I write reviews for/about. They handled the problem truly and effectively and did more than they had to without even hesitating - that's what makes me write reviews and keep my loyalty to come back in the future. And because of how they handled this problem, I have decided to get additional glass for windows that need repair in the house.

Thank you guys so much again for your service and ability to work out a problem with great professionalism and empathy.

Dealt with them in the past extensively. And now would never get another glass from there even if it were free! After charging double quoted price putting in a scratched windshield installing wipers I DID NOT WANT not asking if I want wipers then over charging for the wipers and dealing with the knot head on the phone never going back. I miss Shelly I hope for the sake of the business she gets back soon.

Awesome service! Incredibly easy from start to finish. I made a booking request online. The next morning I received an email with several time options and windshield options/quotes. My windshield was replaced and cleaned, the truck was vacuumed, and at the end the keys were placed into my hand with a smile. Everyone was very happy and polite. Great business! Highly recommend!!

They did my 2021 Lincoln last October and put a cheap windshield in and the heads up display was blurry and they never did anything to fix it. Fast forward to today and put a windshield in my Mazda 2021 and the heads up display was blurry. They had my vehicle for 4 hours and you would think that if they specialize in windshields they would check to make sure the heads up isn't blurry before calling the customer and now having to re book back in to change the windshield. Bad customer service.
