We purchased a new home from this builder and moved in 3 months ago. We experienced flooding in our basement due to poor workmanship as illustrated in photo #1. We addressed the issue with the builder and their warranty department. They stated initially it was due to lack of gravel in photo #1. When it rained heavily the dirt blocked the drain causing flooding, but then they changed their story and stated it was due to mulch we installed. Giving reason to deny any claim for repair.
We had to have it inspected on our own and it is confirmed that the builder did not complete the gravel work correctly. When we had substantial rain, mud formed and blocked draining. We have since repaired the gravel on our own, photo #2 and after a lot of rain, there has been no flooding.
This builder is taking no responsibility for this poor workmanship. They changed their story twice, allowing their narrative to change and distancing themselves from any accountability or assistance for repairs.
We would not recommend this builder. They do not stand by their warranty or workmanship.

Misleading, misrepresentation and false promises when I walked in first time. Their representative said if you come without realtor you will save 10000 to 12000 but when you actually put offer they won’t consider they stick to their price. Also they promised they will give 10000 for appliances credit but on their final offer they just offer 5000. Just don’t listen to their representatives.

With no way to submit a request through their website. I’ve turned to google to voice my disappointment. The construction crews working on the project in Starling are acting like a bunch of disgusting people. I’ve been finding nails, garbage and even cigarette butts in the back yard where my grandchild and dog play. Get this rectified immediately!
