Buying my new home from John Corvinelli In October 2021 was the best decision of my life. The Corvinelli Homes team members are second to none when it comes to providing personalised, professional and responsive service. They are a friendly group and quick to attend and address our concerns.
With the experience of having purchased 7 houses before this one, I can say with confidence that our Corvinelli home beats all the other builder’s houses hands down, for quality of workmanship and attention to details.

John, Krista, and Amy are all amazing. My husband and I built our house this last year during Covid, and with a border closure separating my husband and I. They were super accommodating to work with to ensure we could still pick out all our selections working around our obstacles, and have been incredibly responsive any time I needed assistance post-build.

I've bought with 2 other large Ottawa builders in the past, but John's homes win, hands down in quality, and post move-in customer service. All my neighbours that have built with other builders in the neighbourhood have told me they wished they'd have gone with Corvinelli 🙂

To know the company is to know the man. Corvinelli Homes is a friendly, helpful and considerate company. There is no pressure sale here; staff go the extra mile to ensure your home buying experience is just that, what it is not is a house buying trip. My wife and I have had the great pleasure of buying a Corvinelli home. Right from the beginning we were treated like family. Our closing date was exactly four (4) months after the signing date and there was never any talk of delays. The precision with the trades who built our home was unbelieveable especially their co-ordination, which is a tribute to John Corvinelli. The after service is the same if there are any issues they are resolved the same or the next day. Our only comment on Corvinelli Homes is that they are GREAT and made the buying and moving to Russell the same.
Russell Trails is a family oriented community, where neigbors talk to neighbors whether it be going to get their mail, just driving by or people are out for a walk. If your looking for a new home (not house) try Russell Trails especially Corvinelli Homes!
