These guys started their work on April 17, 2023 at 46 Arkledun Ave in Hamilton and had an estimated completion date of July 15, 2023 today’s date is August 13, 2024. It has now been well over one year attached are some of the photos of how they’ve left our apartment for over one year with over half of the tenants not being able to park. Also attached is their current, construction permit and their start date on it was not the correct start date. They started several weeks before and when I say started I use that word lightly because 90% of the time they are sitting on their butts on the lawn chairs they brought from home doing nothing for the entire day. I know a few of the men do work hard so I don’t know if it it a lack of strong management within the company of if it is simply a lack of caring about the work you provide to the public but something needs to change. Again I would like to include all the photos were taken from today, August 13 2024, 484 days since they started this project, to show the lack of work that they’ve been able to due up to this point.

I don't know if these guys know what they are doing. This company is currently working on 46 Arkledun Avenue repairing the garage from May and still going on. Seriously 8 months to repair the garage. Supposed to the done by summer and its already winter. Also i don't think they will finish it this year. Such a pathetic work.

These guys started a Garrage reconstruction last year. For max 8 weeks work they have been working for last 10 months now. Very poor service causing difficulty to all tenants in the apartment.
